Week 5: Applying Constructivist Principles

This week after discussing how people learn, the changes made in education over the years and the implementation of constructivist principles. We worked as groups to develop effective well designed and practical lessons that would combine constructivism and technology. The following link will take you to my group's project.



Constructivist Project





Our lesson was designed to create a learning environment that is complex and challenging, but the goals of the lesson were fun, relevant, and attainable by its participants. Students worked collaboratively to develop social constructivist principles where all participants contributed. The learning was student driven, and it was interactive which keeps everyone involved.
